Oftentimes, when someone is leaving the organization, we ask them to complete an Exit Interview. We conduct this in person, on line or via paperwork they need to fill out.

What is the best predictor of a person’s future behavior? Past behavior.

It has been shown many times that a person’s past behavior is a good predictor of their future behavior.

This same prediction can be applied to an organization’s behavior. That is why it is critical for an organization to “look back” on their behavior and patterns.
