Oftentimes, when someone is leaving the organization, we ask them to complete an Exit Interview. We conduct this in person, on line or via paperwork they need to fill out.

In this Exit Interview, we ask them many questions about their job with the organization (e.g., how they felt about their supervisor, hours worked, work load, benefits, and pay).
